Job Overview

The Sales Director is an individual contributor to drive sales of our cutting-edge enterprise browser solutions, targeting mid-size enterprise market and leveraging channel partnerships. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the web security, IAM, and SASE challenges for mid-size enterprises. The ideal candidate should be adept at building relationships, comprehending customer requirements, and providing solutions that enhance web security and efficiency.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass targets in the mid-market segment and through channel partners.
  • Build strong relationships with mid-size enterprises, identifying their web security and productivity challenges.
  • Identify, recruit, and support new channel partners to broaden market penetration and accessibility.
  • Offer continuous training and support to channel partners, ensuring their proficiency in presenting and supporting our enterprise browser solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that appeal to mid-size enterprises and bolster channel partner initiatives.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospects and partners, effectively communicating the unique advantages and capabilities of our enterprise browser solutions.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and guarantee that our solutions meet the evolving market demands.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and post-sale transition to the customer success team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally with a background in selling web technologies, IAM, SASE, or VDI solution to mid-size and large enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, cybersecurity, and the specific needs related to enterprise browsing.
  • Proven track record of working with and developing channel partnerships, such as resellers, distributors, and MSPs.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset for developing and executing effective sales plans.
  • Analytical ability to track market trends and sales performance.
  • Proficient in Hubspot systems and sales enablement technologies.
  • Resilient and adaptable, capable of handling challenges and rejections.
